What is the return policy?
In general, due to the custom nature of most products, sales are final on all products.

WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME?
Most of our items are made to order and typically ready for pick-up / shipping within 10-15 business days or less. This includes all customized items and door hangers.
For pre-orders, all ready-by dates are communicated by product before ordering.
Lastly, a small inventory of Wreath Charms and Crest Charms are kept in stock. For in stock items, pick-up / shipping will be ready within 4 business days.

Yes! We offer local Houston, TX pick-up in 77079. Simply select local pick-up at check-out!

Wreath Charms™ and Crest Charms™ make it simple to switch up your look, whenever you want, however you want.
Simply attach our Wreath Charms™ to any sash, bow, ribbons, or directly to the wreath. Pair your custom Crest Charm Door Hanger with your favorite interchangeable Crest Charms™. All with an easy clip on ring.
