What is the turnaround time?
Most of our items are made to order, and typically ready for pick-up / shipping within 10 business days or less. This includes all personalized items and door hangers.
For pre-orders, all ready-by dates are communicated by product before ordering.
Lastly, a small inventory of Wreath Charms and Crest Charms are kept in stock. For in stock items, pick-up / shipping will be ready within 4 business days.
I need my item within a week or less - can do a rush order?
Yes, many items are available for rush printing, with a fee.
Rush fees vary by product and workload availability, so please email colormetulip@gmail.com before ordering to inquire.
Can I do Local Pick-up?
Yes! We offer local Houston, TX pick-up in 77079. Simply select local pick-up at check-out!
Do you accept returns?
In general, due to the custom nature of most products, sales are final on all products.
